Making the most of the wet dark summer

well so far its not been too summery here in Christchurch, dark skies fog and rain is to be desired but to be honest its pretty nice for early morning images. these were taken in the past month on and around Christchurch water.

Sam & Giselle's Wedding at Canford Magna 

A quick preview of Sam & Giselle's wedding at the very picturesque Canford Magna parish church in Dorset. A beautiful setting for a Beautiful wedding. The church in part is over 1000 years old and is said to be the oldest building still in use, in Poole. After a very emotional ceremony the party then moved to the Jazz cafe at Sandbanks ( which we totally recommend for good views music and food). where the remainder of the day was played out. We are stoked with the images and cant wait to shortly hand them over to the Bride and groom.

Sara & Leon's Wedding at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel  Bournemouth.

 

A handful of images taken at Bournemouth's newly refurbished Cottonwood Boutique hotel overlooking Bournemouth beach. Its a really nice venue with a retro looking interior and heavy pastel colors. From a photographers point of view the lighting is fairly challenging due to the low ceilings and heavy pinks but our job would be no fun without the element of a challenge. The couple were great and we are looking forward to handing them the full set of images very soon.

We live in the sunny county of Dorset and work as full time wedding photographers.
